Josephine Lemoyan brings a wealth of experience in governance, advisory, and community development to her role as Advisory Board Member of the Caring Hearts (CAHE) Organization. Her extensive background in policy, leadership, and sectoral development aligns closely with CAHE’s mission to enhance the well-being of communities through sustainable interventions in education, health, and WASH (Water, Sanitation & Hygiene). As a former member of the East African Legislative Assembly, Josephine served as the Tanzanian Chapter Secretary and Commissioner, where she honed her skills in governance, accountability, and policy implementation. She continues to provide advisory, mentoring, and coaching services, particularly to women and youth, which are key focus areas of CAHE’s programs.
Her consultancy and volunteer work in applied research, monitoring and evaluation (including outcome mapping), and political economy analyses equip her to contribute directly to CAHE’s strategic plan. Josephine’s education, professional experience, and sector-specific knowledge make her an invaluable asset in guiding the organization’s long-term strategy, ensuring the implementation of evidence-based programs, capacity building, and inclusive community development.
Advisory Board Deputy Secretary
ACPA Vumilia Aggrey Masanula is a qualified Certified Public Accountant (ACPA) with extensive experience in accounting and financial management within non-governmental organizations. She has worked with various Companies and NGOs, gaining strong expertise in financial governance, compliance, and management of donor-funded projects. She is currently working with the Frankfurt Zoological Society, where she supports organizational goals through effective financial management and accountability.
At Caring Hearts (CAHE) Organization, ACPA Vumilia plays a strategic advisory role, offering professional guidance on financial planning, transparency, and sustainable resource utilization. Her broad NGO experience and high professional integrity contribute to strengthening CAHE’s financial systems and enhancing the organization’s capacity to deliver its community-focused mission.
