Prisca Williard Mking’i holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and has extensive experience in accountancy and financial management gained from working in private, governmental, and faith-based institutions, as well as supporting and managing financial aspects of projects within various non-governmental organizations. She currently works with the University of Iringa as an Accountant, where she demonstrates strong technical competence in managing complex financial systems and ensuring accountability.

Shadrack Lunyiliko Nyaulingo brings a wealth of academic and professional expertise to his role as Human Resource Director at Caring Hearts (CAHE) Organization. Holding a Master’s degree in Education Planning, Management, and Administration, a Master of Science in Mathematical Modeling, and currently pursuing a PhD in Education, he is well-equipped to develop and implement strategic HR policies that enhance organizational efficiency and staff performance. She has extensive experience in legal practice gained from her work as an Advocate since 2016, as well as from her previous roles as a Legal Advisor and Legal Officer within the Judiciary and the National Organization for Legal Assistance (NOLA). Her professional background is further strengthened by practical legal training, internships, and participation in workshops focused on strengthening the Rule of Law and access to justice.
